ABOUT US

Wrightwood Properties, Incorporated (WPI) is a real estate services, development and investment firm based in Arlington, Virginia. The company was formed to focus on public and private sector consulting and transaction services for government and corporate tenancies. WPI and its affiliates operate on a national basis, utilizing local market contacts nationwide, providing a wide range of comprehensive real estate services to its clients.

At the present time, WPI's primary emphasis is on Public Sector Real Estate Services, including transactions (sales, leases and financing of properties with government tenancy) and management consulting for government agencies' real estate departments. Management consulting projects include portfolio planning and management, financial and property analysis, organizational strategy, policies and procedures.

Wrightwood Properties, Inc. and its affiliated companies includes a multi-disciplined group of real estate experts with extensive public and private sector experience such as, property management specialists, federal real estate leasing and sales experts, real estate appraisers, financial analysts, architects, engineers, cost estimators, construction project managers, federal government contract attorneys, and former OMB examiners.

The firm was founded in 1999 by Charles Chandler. Mr. Chandler previously served as Director of Public Sector Services for CB Richard Ellis, Inc., the world's largest real estate brokerage services firm and earlier as a real estate Contracting Officer for GSA in Washington, DC. The firm, or its key personnel have completed over 3,500,000 square feet of leases and sales of properties with Public Sector tenancy.

• In our consulting practice, we specialize only in real estate related issues, not other types of organizational management issues.

• We have significant experience inside and outside of government. Many of our government clients do not have non-government business experience, in their field of expertise. Many of our competitors have never had significant experience inside of government. WPI is able to address issues from both a public and private sector perspective.
• Our personnel typically come from top tier real estate and consulting firms. We offer the expertise of many larger firms, but in a small company package that is more focused and more flexible than other, larger firms trying to address the Public Sector real estate arena.

CONTRACT VEHICLES:

Wrightwood Properties, Inc. is a small business, which is a frequent subcontractor to other firms having woman-owned 8(a) or GSA FABS contracts with the federal government.
